After the legendary Stars'N'Bars closed in November 2022, its founders kept the venue's environmental mission and rebuilt the space around it — a Zen interior of wood and plants, a world-cuisine menu sourced from local sustainable suppliers, programming for the wellness community. The name is Latin for "with knowledge".

Lunch the world-cuisine carte at the front; the quieter back room handles longer conversations.
