Christophe Calderon's Cannes boutique, the second address after the family's 2005 original in Saint-Raphaël's old town. Relais Desserts membership is the working credential here — the same guild as Pierre Hermé, Jean-Paul Hévin and Sébastien Bouillet. The summer glaces programme — entremets glacés, classic ice creams, sorbets, verrines glacées — runs on Peruvian and Caribbean cacao, Piedmont hazelnut, Madagascar vanilla. The expensive ingredient list is the menu.

Ask for the entremets glacés rather than the scoop counter — the frozen-cake format is what the Relais Desserts maîtres design around.
