At the corner where Rue du Poilu meets Place Amélie Pollonais — a single operation with two adjacent storefronts (one facing Rue du Poilu, one Place Pollonais). Artisanal since 2007; the harbour glacier the village built around. Take the cone to the chapel benches across the square.

The fleur d'oranger is the unsung sorbet — the Mediterranean fruits rotate but it stays on the board.
