On Boulevard Carnot — Chef **Gilles Ajuelos** (Maximin / Rostang lineage). The **2019 rebrand of Lou Cigalon**. Open kitchen, blue bar, fireplace lounge upstairs. The village's serious kitchen. **Note**: any older "Lou Cigalon" copy is dead — the name doesn't exist anymore.

A Saturday dinner — the open kitchen runs alongside the fireplace lounge, the village comes through.
