Inside Hôtel Byblos, downstairs from the courtyard — the club that every other late address on the Riviera measures itself against. Opened with the hotel in 1967; sequence of DJs through the night; a 540-capacity dance floor that runs to 05:00 in season. The reservation is the table; the room is the spectacle.
