A small atelier-shop on rue Général Allard, family-run since 1988. ~48 rotating flavours, in-house production, the late-night cone (open till 02:00 in season). The honest answer when the question is "the real Saint-Tropez glacier" — everything else in the village is a chain or a kiosk.

Pistache di Bronte and citron noir are the keepers — the seasonal fig if it's August.
