Still Roux-family operated (François Roux, third generation) on Place du Général de Gaulle. Provençal classics under fig trees, a Calder mobile above the pool, a collection of Picasso, Léger, Miró and Braque hung as if they belonged in a dining room — because they do. The most photographed lunch on the Riviera.

Lunch on the terrace at 13:00 — book weeks ahead and request a table with the Léger ceramic in view.
