La Terrasse — Le Méridien Nice

On the top floor of Le Méridien Nice, La Terrasse is one of the few real rooftops on the Promenade des Anglais. Wide white modular lounge seating, a clean Mediterranean kitchen, and a long apéro of the bay in front. Calm by day, civilised by night — never a club.

Arrive at 19:30 for the sea-side lounges; the light turns gold over Castle Hill thirty minutes later.
