A counter-and-bench operation on Rue du Collet that has fed the old town since the 70s. Socca, pissaladière, farcis, beignets de fleurs de courgette — Niçois cooking at lunchroom prices, eaten standing up or at the long shared tables outside. The queue moves; the welcome is the same as it was twenty years ago.

Order the socca first; it cools fast and the line refills the platter every five minutes.
