Le Bar du Couvent opens off the chapel courtyard at Hôtel du Couvent — vaulted stone, low banquettes in linen, a fireplace lit from October. Creative cocktails and fine wines, served every evening from eleven in the morning to midnight. The room reads quieter than any Promenade rooftop; the absence of view is the point.
