La Rotonde — Hôtel Le Negresco

The Negresco kept the original 1913 fairground horses and built a breakfast room around them. Service is calm and slightly amused. Order the soft-boiled egg with white truffle in winter; the orange juice is squeezed at the table. Coffee runs as long as you want it to.
