A small dining room near the port that has been making socca for a hundred years. The pan comes out of the wood oven, the slice arrives blistered and warm. Pissaladière too, and a house tapenade. Cash and patience are both useful.

Sit at the bench tables along the wall. Socca cools in two minutes — eat it fast.
