Le Windsor

The Windsor has been commissioning contemporary artists to paint individual rooms for three decades — a Daniel Buren, a Lawrence Weiner, a Sarkis. The garden bar at the back, hidden behind the building, runs through summer with the most consistent aperitif hour in Nice. Pool is small; the garden is the point.

Eat in the garden, not the restaurant proper — the kitchen plates the same menu both.
