Pasticceria Cova opened its Boulevard des Moulins outpost as a Monte-Carlo extension of the Via Monte Napoleone original. Counter at the front for the standing espresso; tables at the back for the unhurried morning. A second branch sits on the Larvotto promenade.

The cornetto al pistacchio sells out by ten on weekends.
