Rossi La Bottega del Gelato

A small Monégasque chain that does the Italian gelateria register cleanly: rotating in-house flavours, real crema, granita in the summer. The Rue Grimaldi shop is closest to the Condamine morning circuit; the Larvotto branch closes a beach day.

The dark chocolate with sea salt is the one — it sells out fastest.
