Place du Casino

Restored 2018-2023, the Place du Casino reads cleaner now: pedestrian-priority, palmettes, the Garnier-era casino façade as the anchor. Walk the square clockwise from the Café de Paris terrace, past the Hôtel de Paris doors, to the Salle Garnier — it's the best free architectural circuit on the coast.

Stand in front of the casino at 21:00 — the floodlight ramp on the dome is choreographed.
