On rue Saint-Michel under the Italianate facades — the artisan sorbet shop where the Citron de Menton AOP becomes the cone. All sorbets prepared with seasonal fruit; the lemon is sourced locally from the Menton hillside groves. Workshop is in Drôme (not on the spot) but the Menton lemon provenance is honest.
