Louis Outhier won three Michelin stars on this spot; Stéphane Raimbault held two until the 2018 sale. Today L'Oasis runs under Collection Barbossi as a Mediterranean comptoir gourmand — but the dappled plane-tree patio, arguably the most romantic garden dining room on this stretch of coast, is unchanged. Come for the setting and the sun-driven Provençal-Mediterranean kitchen rather than the star count; linger at the boutique and bistro alongside.

Ask for a table deep under the plane trees, away from the boutique side.
