A Polynesian-themed bar that has been on Boulevard Wilson since the 1950s and refuses to update. Cocktails arrive in shells and tiki mugs; the floor show starts late and runs until the room is laughing. The Riviera at one of its most unselfconscious moments.

Arrive before 22:30 to claim a banquette before the first show.
