Le Nid d'Aigle

Near the summit of the medieval village, at the foot of the château ruins next to the Jardin Exotique — a small family-run café-bistro with a terrace under a 300-year-old white mulberry. Non-stop service 09:00–17:00 in shoulder season, 09:00–21:00 in summer. The honest morning espresso option inside the citadel; also the everyday village lunch when the palace dining rooms feel too formal.

Walk-in only — book in person at the terrace if you want one of the four mulberry-shade tables.
