La Table du Royal (Hôtel Royal-Riviera)

On the eastern shore of the peninsula, inside the Royal-Riviera — Geoffroy Szamburski's gastronomic table, the bay view runs from Villa Kérylos through Beaulieu. Dinner-led service in season; the seasonal La Pergola pool restaurant opens for lunch Jul–Aug. The eastern counterpart to the Grand-Hôtel's western dining.

The pre-dinner aperitif on the lawn (18:30) is the move — the light hits Villa Kérylos directly.
