On the original Bains Bottin site, opposite the Carlton — the central Croisette beach with serious kitchen credentials. Galla's menu is the Mediterranean tasting card; the beach service runs from morning loungers to evening dinner in July/August.

The first row is reserved for hotel guests; row two has the same light at half the price.
