Born from the merger of the historic Grimaldi hôtel-restaurant and Le Village, this is the table on Place du Château, beside the Grimaldi castle at the crown of the medieval village. Seasonal Mediterranean–Provençal cooking — courgette-flower fritters, scallop risotto, beef Rossini with truffle jus — comes to a sun-filled terrace under white parasols, with a small-producer wine list and a castle-view cocktail bar.
