Opened by Austrian barista Evelyn Priesch — a small atelier-style café on rue Sade running off the market hall. Beans sourced from CoffeePirates (Vienna), brewed on a Marzocco and a hand-pour bar. The serious morning coffee in a town that mostly does café-au-lait with a croissant.

The Saturday market crowd brings the queue — arrive before 09:00 for the bar.
