Quai Suffren, facing the yachts — a cocktail-led bar since 1963, restored every decade or so. Tapas with the drinks, a long bar, the apéritif room before the Caves and the Place des Lices dinners. Open 07:00 to 03:00, the room rotates through every Saint-Tropez crowd by midnight.

The Negroni on draft is the move — Friday and Saturday from 19:00.
