Alexandre Micka invented the Tarte Tropézienne at this address in 1955 — Bardot named it on the *And God Created Woman* set. The renovated 2016 flagship runs four services across the day: coffee + viennoiserie from 06:30, the maison "Tropéziens" focaccia sandwiches at lunch, frozen tarte and sorbet in the afternoon, and the cake itself on every plate. One record, four category tags — coffee, sandwiches, ice cream, souvenirs.

The Mini-Tropéziennes box of six is the take-home: the cream holds for the train back.
