On the first floor of the small Hôtel Sube, a 19th-century mahogany and brass bar with a balcony directly above the yacht moorings. The quietest sunset apéritif in town and the one that stays open through the off-season — December rosé at the same bar still works.

The corner banquette by the balcony door is the table — request it on booking.
