SEEN by Olivier is chef Olivier da Costa's sky-bar concept, opened on top of the Anantara Plaza after the 2024 restoration. The terrace looks south across Place Masséna toward the Baie des Anges, with the city spreading east behind. Cocktails lean tropical-Mediterranean; the kitchen runs raw bar and small plates well past midnight. The room dresses up after dark.
