A small marble counter, twenty pastries, a glass case that fogs on summer mornings. Multari has made the city's wedding cakes for two generations. Take the tarte au citron to the Promenade and eat it standing up.

They sell out by 11:00 on Sunday. Get there at nine, or come Monday afternoon.
