On rue Piéta — the original Menton boulanger, with a wood oven dating to 1906 still firing daily. Pichade (Menton pissaladière), thick focaccia by the slice, the local sandwich move. Listed in Pudlowski's guide; the unsung neighbour to Colagreco's Mitron Bakery.

The pichade is the order — it reads as a Menton-specific take on Niçois pissaladière.
