On a quiet street back from the Croisette, behind a stone facade, a single small room with a wood bar, leather stools, a crystal chandelier and bottles stacked to a mezzanine. Cedric, the sommelier-owner, has run the room since 1998 — Bandol, Bellet, the better côte-rôties — and pours by feel. Charcuterie and cheese plates; nothing more, nothing less.
